Some of the qualities and skills that a home buyer looks for in a realtor are; honesty and integrity, knowledge of purchase process, responsiveness, knowledge of real estate market, communication and negotiation skills. Lisa possessed all of these. Through the whole process, Lisa not only found and negotiated a great price for our first home in SWF, but shared with us her knowledge of the Cape Coral area and provided us with experienced contractors who could assist us after the sale was finalized.
